Be sure to set your current time zone so your lessons and your tutor’s schedule display correctly in your local time.

To book a trial lesson, visit the "teacher's profile" page. After booking the first lesson with a teacher, you can schedule further lessons, reschedule and cancel lessons using the ‘My lessons’ page.

How to schedule lessons

• Go to the "My lessons" page.

• Press the "Schedule new lesson" button.

• Choose your tutor and click on their name.

• If you don’t have enough balance, you can add hours or upgrade your subscription.

How to reschedule a lesson

• Go to the "My lessons" page.

• On the lesson you want to reschedule, click on the arrow.

• Note that you cannot reschedule lesson 12 hours before the lesson.

• Choose "Reschedule"

• You will see your tutor’s calendar with their available time slots.

• Choose the date and time you’d like to reschedule.

• Confirm your new time.
