Be sure to set your current time zone so your lessons and your tutor’s schedule display correctly in your local time. To book a trial lesson, visit the "teacher's profile" page. After booking the first lesson with a teacher, you can schedule further lessons, reschedule and cancel lessons using the ‘My lessons’ page. How to schedule lessons Go to the "My lessons" page. Press the "Schedule new lesson" button. Choose your tutor and click on their name. If you don’t have enough balance, you can add hours or upgrade your subscription. How to reschedule a lesson Go to the "My lessons" page. On the lesson you want to reschedule, click on the arrow. Note that you cannot reschedule lesson 12 hours before the lesson. Choose "Reschedule" You will see your tutor’s calendar with their available time slots. Choose the date and time you’d like to reschedule. Confirm your new time. How to cancel a lesson Go to the "My lessons" page. On the lesson you want to cancel, click on the arrow. Note that the fee for the canceled course is considered deducted. Choose "cancel" Confirm cancellation.

After pressing the 'Send message' or 'Book a free trial' button inside the tutor's profile, you will see a pop-up window with the registration options. You can also register directly by signing up as a student, located in log in section of the website. The following information is mandatory for registration: Name Email address Password Phone number Country Level Upon completing the required information, your account will be generated in just a few seconds. Opting for Facebook or Gmail signup? A new window will appear, requesting access to essential data for account creation. Once your account is set up, review your details and adjust your time zone in the Settings menu.
